Sollie Graham is a founder and Managing Partner at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). Prior to starting MRP, she was Vice President of Engineering at Phillips Energy Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. At Phillips, she led the Engineering function overseeing technical acquisition evaluations and portfolio reserve management. Before Phillips, she worked as a Senior Reservoir Engineer for SM Energy and held several roles at Devon Energy. Sollie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. She is a resident of Carthage, Texas.
Mason Woodard

Mason Woodard is a founder and Managing Partner at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). Prior to starting MRP, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Phillips Energy Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. Before Phillips, he worked in the Private Wealth Division of Barclays Wealth in Houston, where he managed investments for high net worth individuals and family offices. Mason earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Rice University. He is a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.
Ian Doiron
Managing Partner & Founder
Ian Doiron is a founder and Managing Partner at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). Prior to starting MRP, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at Phillips Energy Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. Before Phillips, he worked as an independent landman throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport and is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Houston Association of Professional Landmen, and the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen. He is a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.
Riley Willingham
President
Riley Willingham is the President at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). He oversees the Accounting and Finance functions. Prior to joining MRP, he was a financial analyst in the Finance and Accounting Division at Phillips Energy Partners, where he built financial models, provided economic and industry analysis, monitored treasury functions, and generated monthly reporting. Riley earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from Texas Tech's Rawls College of Business. He is also an Accredited Petroleum Accountant and is a resident of Fort Worth, Texas.
Michael Aubrey
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Aubrey is the Chief Financial Officer at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). He assists with the Accounting and Finance functions. Before joining MRP, he helped lead the Accounting and Finance department at Sports South and previously led the tax department at a Shreveport CPA firm. Michael also played nine professional seasons in the Cleveland Indians, Baltimore Orioles, and Washington Nationals organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University Shreveport and was inducted into the Tulane Green Wave Sports Hall of Fame.
Brad Wilkerson
General Counsel
Brad Wilkerson is the General Counsel and Vice President of Land at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). He oversees the Legal and Land functions. Before joining MRP, Brad spent thirteen years in private practice representing oil and gas and energy clients, then spent four years as in-house counsel for a natural gas producer in the Haynesville Shale. Brad received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from Louisiana State University and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Louisiana Tech University. He is licensed in Louisiana and Texas and is a resident of Benton, Louisiana.
Laura Mickail
VP, Asset Management
Laura Mickail is a Vice President at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). She is responsible for acquisition and engineering functions. Before joining MRP, she was a financial analyst in the Acquisitions Division at Phillips Energy Partners, where she supported investor reporting, portfolio management, and acquisition evaluations. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Centenary College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Louisiana State University. She is a member of the National Association of Royalty Owners and is a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.
Austin Melson

Austin Melson is a Vice President of Engineering at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). He is responsible for database management, reserve evaluations, and economic modeling. Before joining MRP, he worked as a Reservoir Engineer for a private exploration and production company, where he focused on corporate reserves, development planning, and acquisition and divestiture evaluations. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Energy Business from Louisiana State University. He is a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Jennifer Torres is an Engineering Technician at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). She supports engineering and acquisition functions. Before joining MRP, Jennifer worked as a Reservoir Engineering Technician at QED Energy Associates, where she assisted with reserve economics and oil and gas software projects. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from the University of Houston and is a resident of Houston, Texas.

Raudric Higgins is an Engineering Technician at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). He is responsible for reserve evaluation and economic modeling. Before joining MRP, he worked as a Reservoir Engineering Technician at QED Energy Associates, modeling reserve economics and supporting client projects. Raudric was born in Virginia and now resides in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Jamisha Bell

Jamisha Bell is an Engineering Technician at Maven Royalty Partners ("MRP"). She supports the Asset Management and Engineering teams through data management, database maintenance, and business intelligence reporting. Before joining MRP, Jamisha worked as a Data Services and Analytics Intern at a local insurance company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she worked with databases, analyzed data, and developed dashboards for business reporting and decision-making. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Louisiana State University in 2026, with a concentration and minor in Analytics. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, she now resides in Louisiana.

Jonathon Clark is a Database Manager at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). He is responsible for data management and its interaction with acquisition functions. Before joining MRP, Jonathon worked in similar roles at Westwood Global Energy Group and General Dynamics Information Technology. He also served honorably in the United States Navy. Jonathon earned a bachelor's degree from Rhodes College and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of St. Thomas. He now resides in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Visar Rraci is a Data Engineer at Maven Royalty Partners (MRP). He develops and manages data infrastructure that supports the firm’s acquisition and pricing operations. Before joining MRP, Visar worked in economic development and healthcare innovation through the Biomedical Research Foundation (BRF) and the Center for Molecular Imaging and Therapy (CMIT). He earned a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Louisiana State University Shreveport, where his research has been published through the IEEE. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at LSUS. Visar completed his undergraduate studies at Centenary College of Louisiana. He is originally from Gjakova, Kosovo, and resides in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Phyllis Caston

Phyllis Caston is a Revenue Accountant at Maven Royalty Partners ("MRP"). She is a seasoned accounting professional with over a decade of experience delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant financial management across multiple industries, with a strong specialization in oil and gas accounting. Immediately before joining MRP, she worked as Accountant and Office Manager at Peregrine Additives & Lubes, where she was responsible for full-cycle accounting operations and managed office operations, inventory, and financial records. Her previous roles include Aliign Mineral Management and Heard, McElroy & Vestal, where she handled revenue accounting for oil and gas clients. Phyllis holds an associate’s degree in accounting and took additional accounting classes at Northwestern University. She is a Certified Mineral Manager (CMM). She was raised in northeast Louisiana and Natchez, Mississippi, and now resides in Haughton, Louisiana.
Andre’ Boudreaux
