Join Our Team as a Mineral Acquisition Agent
Maven Royalty is looking for motivated and relationship-driven professionals to join our team as Mineral Acquisition Agents. In this role, you will work closely with the Maven team to identify, contact, and engage with mineral owners in designated areas with the goal of acquiring mineral and/or royalty interests. Agents play a critical role in sourcing high-quality opportunities and driving transactions to close.
What sets this position apart is that all transactions are for Maven’s own account. This is an important distinction, as many firms in the market lack the capital to close deals independently and instead rely on third-party buyers—often including companies like Maven—to finalize acquisitions. As a Maven Agent, you’ll be representing a well-capitalized buyer, allowing for a more direct and efficient acquisition process.
Key responsibilities include professionally representing the company as an independent acquisition agent, conducting research to accurately identify and verify mineral owner contact information, and reaching out to those owners using company-provided leads. You will be responsible for providing pricing guidance, negotiating transaction terms, and working collaboratively with Maven’s internal team to coordinate and close deals. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, professional, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
