The Mineral Rights Offer Request form asks for your legal first and last name, email address, phone number, the county and state of your minerals, and your acreage size. It also has an optional box for additional information.

The Submit Resume form asks for your name, email address, phone number and the area or role you are interested in. You can also attach a document.

Submissions are emailed to Maven staff and kept in the website's form records. We use them to follow up on your request or to consider you for an opportunity.
